Using this data, we identified areas for improvement and took targeted actions, including installing smart thermostats and Bluetooth beacons, which allowed teachers to provide real-time feedback on the indoor environment through our app, FeedMe.
The results were remarkable. Our AI-driven controls adjusted thermostats based on both sensor data and occupant feedback, leading to significant cost savings and a 24% increase in occupant satisfaction. But the impact didn't stop there—an unexpected email from the municipal building department shared that this was the only building achieving the ideal low return temperature to the district heating system, reducing penalties and maximizing efficiency.
